This is the Refund Policy for A & B Cleaning Services, LLC:

A  Refund policy usually consists of:

• We will refund your deposit if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours in advance.
• We do NOT refund any cleaning services already performed on your property. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we will send a member of our cleaning team to touch up any areas you are not happy with (free of charge). 
• If you fail to cancel your booking 72 hours in advance, you forfeit the deposit you have paid. 
• Process of refund (i.e., credited back to the same method of payment you used to pay your deposit.
